I build her forms slowly and intuitively, adding coils and shaping them with simple, handmade tools. My process leaves a lively record of touch—sensuous volumes animated by fingerprints and subtle shifts in the clay. I celebrate the qualities of bare clay, intentionally combining different clay bodies, then revisits each piece with playful washes of color, line, and dots that reconsider the form through its surface. Across pots, sculptures, and tiles, I attempt work that holds a quiet presence from afar yet hums with contained, frenetic energy up close.
